Learning how to listen to the body doesn’t happen in one conversation. We’ll work together weekly over twelve sessions to create deep, measurable progress, giving your nervous system time to integrate, adjust and build resilience.
This program offers the repetition, safety and personalisation needed for transformation.

Maintenance session
After completing your twelve-session journey, you can continue with ad-hoc sessions to sustain your progress. These sessions are designed to help your nervous system stay regulated, responsive, and resilient as life evolves.
